Building consumer products with Voice AI

See how Kea AI pricing stacks up against Maple AI, Revmo, and Loman.

If your Voice AI plan charges per minute or conversation, you shouldn’t be paying more when call times rise due to Voice AI provider slowness or spam calls. Those Google verification bots can be a pain.

Should you pay more if call volumes spike just because it’s a holiday week, or if Google messes up your hours and people are asking about them? No restaurant should be penalized for that.

At Kea, we offer unlimited monthly pricing for Voice and Text AI to match restaurant needs. When a restaurant is successful, it shouldn't pay more. Commission-per-order models are outdated, and pricing models that penalize growth benefit the AI vendor, not the restaurant.

Many Voice AI competitors advertise low prices while hiding costly details in the fine print. It may seem affordable at $199 a month, but those minutes disappear quickly during a holiday week. As a restaurant, you need reliable phone service and don't have time to analyze minute usage. Getting details from telecom providers is already tough; a pay-as-you-go model only adds headaches and unexpected costs.

So let's break down the pricing models we see in the market and where Kea AI sits.

Kea AI has one price with unlimited calls and orders. Plus all the features your restaurant needs and more!

This image presents the flat-rate pricing plan for Kea, a voice AI ordering system designed for restaurants. It highlights a single monthly fee of $450 with no per order costs or hidden fees, promoting unlimited calls. The features included at this rate are: voice AI ordering, unlimited concurrent calls with a dedicated Kea number, direct integration with point-of-sale systems, AI call reporting and trend analysis, 86 detection and substitution suggestions, secure payment options including credit card, Apple Pay, and Google Pay, delivery management (self and third party), reservation and waitlist handling, curated FAQs at brand and location levels, location and holiday hours management, detailed menu assistance, spam call handling, dynamic AI greeting and assistant customization, and premier customer support. A call-to-action button labeled 'Get Started' is also included. This pricing plan overview serves as a concise resource for decision-makers evaluating AI-driven restaurant order management solutions.

#1 Unlimited Calls & Orders Pricing

The way Voice AI should be. Phone calls are a tool. Does your telephony provider charge you extra for high call volume? No. We're in the era of unlimited calls, unlimited data. Your Voice AI product should reflect that.

Kea uses this model at $15/day or $450/month for unlimited calls, orders, and SMS/Texts. Check out an example bill from a long-time customer below. No hidden fees; all features included, backed by 8 years in restaurant tech.

Brands with high call volume will benefit from our $450 plan, which includes additional marketing features coming soon.

Maple also uses an unlimited model, offering $240/month for unlimited calls and orders. A good option for single stores with basic needs. However, for complex menus, simplicity may fall short as the number of items with nested modifiers increases, as in most high-volume restaurants. They also charge an additional 5% per order on paid orders processed through their Voice AI payment option. This can really hurt your true net revenue if you use this payment style for phone calls.

Maple’s Pricing can be confusing on the surface. Most restaurants need everything but the “Bookings Module” to have Voice AI Ordering, which comes out to $240+ for basic functionality like point-of-sale integrations and ordering.

This image displays the pricing structure and features of Maple Voice, an AI-powered phone answering service priced at $120 per month. It highlights the main service's capabilities such as 24/7 AI phone answering, humanlike voice AI, automated call transfer, advanced call analytics, customer inquiry handling, multilingual voice, and white-glove support. Additionally, it outlines optional add-on modules including the Orders Module for $80/month, which supports complex order handling and payment over the phone; the Bookings Module for $80/month, which helps manage reservations and experiences; and Native Integrations ranging from $0 to $50/month, allowing integration with POS and reservation systems with real-time sync capabilities. Base Rate + Call Overages/Fees Pricing

This hybrid model can seem effective for restaurants with fluctuating volume. You're enticed by a low monthly rate of around $199 or $399 with a set number of included minutes, but exceeding that limit incurs higher costs. Especially as a high-volume restaurant that needs phone ordering at scale.

Loman uses this model, advertising $199 and $399 options that include only 600 minutes. After that, overage fees of $0.60/minute kick in. High-volume brands can end up paying $1,300–$1,400/month, far more than with unlimited plans.

Here's what a real monthly bill can look like under a Voice AI provider using a base-plus-overage model.

This image shows a detailed invoice issued by Loman AI, a company based in Austin, Texas, with a bill date and due date of November 17, 2025. The invoice is addressed to a client whose details are redacted for privacy. It outlines charges for service usage from October 17 to November 17, 2025, including a quantity of 2,143 units at a unit price of $0.60, totaling $1,285.80 before discounts. A discount of $399.00 is applied as part of the included usage. Additionally, there is a charge for a premium AI answering service covering the period from November 17 to December 17, 2025, priced at $399.00. The subtotal and total amount due are both $1,285.80 USD, with a clear call to action link for online payment. This invoice example is useful for demonstrating professional billing for AI software usage and premium subscription services.

The Starter plan, priced at $199 per month plus a $149 setup fee, includes features such as humanlike voice AI, outbound SMS, handling customer inquiries, automated call transfer, automatic menu updates, a restaurant knowledge graph, multi-call handling, interruption handling, and a customer dashboard. The Premium plan, priced at $399 per month plus a $149 setup fee, encompasses all Starter features plus additional capabilities for ordering and reservations, including takeout and delivery ordering, automated phone reservations, complete POS integration, secure phone payments, smart guest memory, a dynamic upsell engine, AI-based out-of-stock menu updates, and intelligent SMS updates. Both plans offer a 'Schedule a demo' option to engage with potential customers.

Per Conversation Pricing

This model charges per conversation (call), making ROI hard to measure, especially for brands fielding more questions than orders. The ROI could be there, but why spend thousands of dollars when unlimited pricing plan models can save you thousands while still saving staff time? This plan is fading, but it may suit very small restaurants experimenting with AI.

Revmo uses this model at $0.59 per call. In our evaluations, setting up your menu with Revmo can take a long time. This model works for very low call volume, but seasonal spikes can lead to high costs. We recommend unlimited pricing unless your usage is truly minimal.

Revmo’s Pricing. Simple but can really hurt you as a high-volume restaurant, which is who needs Voice AI the most. Hard to associate ROI when spam calls can increase your costs.
